There was poor communication. It was nice at drop off. I asked if they could do the oil change faster then 1 and half hours. I couldn't go anywhere. They offered uber to go across to mall. So I did. I ordered food because of how long the wait was to be. They called within 30 minutes. I told them I would eat and he said just call when I was ready. So I did in 15 minutes and no answer. I kept trying to get ahold of one person they said l had to speak to. I sat at the mall for hour. I finally called my husband minutes away to come get me. This started at 12:30 and went on till 3. 😳 More
