I was not satisfied with the services. I had to keep calling the manager Steven to request a report on my vehicle, he provided me an invoice which I already received. After 1 week and a half of my vehicle being in the service center, it was still not fixed. One of the techs, Josh was very helpful and communicated the updates, but the manager did a terrible job communicating the issues and responding to my request. More

This experience was miserable. I took my car in for service, and couldn’t possibly get them to communicate how long they were keeping it. I had to initiate all contact regarding my service, and ended up being forgotten on hold for ten minutes (timed!) before giving up on one occasion. On the other hand, the dealership could not stop ‘communicating’ about how badly they wanted my car. The slew of calls, texts, emails, and even the ‘handy’ pamphlet they left in my car felt like the worst kind of harassment. And they didn’t even manage to do that well; the dealership kept mixing up my name and the car I drove while bombarding me with sales pitches. More
