I purchased a 2017 armada I told them I only had a certain amount to put down. They talked me into putting down more and paying extra for gap insurance and also an extended warranty… and exactly one w certain amount to put down. They talked me into putting down more and paying extra for gap insurance and also an extended warranty… and exactly one week before I had to pay my car note the water hose went out on the vehicle. I was stuck on the side of the road. I contacted the service department where I was given the runaround for about two days. Before I was actually assisted when I went down to turn the vehicle in to be serviced. I was told that I could get a rental car for the time being when I try to get the rental car I was asked to pay $500 to get it then I was thought I couldn’t get it. I had to go in to the car dealership to show my devastation. Mind you I paid extra for an extended warranty, so the rental car was covered I went almost 2 weeks without hearing anything, and when I was told that I would be called back, no one ever called me back I left voice messages that were returned, just all around shaky experience, except for a couple staff members that went out of their way to assist me I had to call in and check when to see my car would be done. And it actually seems shaky when I push the gas.! a woman called me a couple days ago to ask me to do a survey and she would give me 2 fills, of free gas. Then asked me to ignore the survey and not do it due to my experience and she would still give me one free tank of gas. More

Everyone Is really nice and helpful when I arrive, the work gets done and im always happy. The only issue I have is trying to make an appointment if I call the phone does not get answered.
