Reliable Nissan - Service Center

Between my wife and I we have had 5 Nissan Altimas, 1 Frontier, and 3 Rouges and never had any major issues with the vehicles. We also dealt with 3 different dealers over the years. Of the 3 the only ser Frontier, and 3 Rouges and never had any major issues with the vehicles. We also dealt with 3 different dealers over the years. Of the 3 the only service department that I can complain about is Reliable Nissan. When taking the car there it takes days to get service done that should only take hours, the car is returned dirtier than when it went in and they don’t have loaner cars for when the repairs take more than a day. I wouldn’t and don’t recommend them to a friend. More

Did not perform all services, had to return for completion after being given keys and told good to go.
