No establishment should be allowed to treat customers like this and not have changes made. The customer service was aggressive and the attitude of the managers and general manager was revolting, which wa like this and not have changes made. This is a very unreliable establishment, they have no integrity and a disgusting attitude. The managers and general manager are very unprofessional to the point that I don't even know how they were promo integrity and a disgusting attitude. The managers and general manager are very unprofessional to the point that I don't even know how they were promoted to that position. With these managers attitudes you can see that it affects most of the employees too, because their attitudes were also disgusting. I wish no harm to the people at this establishment but I do hope there are changes but at this moment I wouldn't recommend this car dealership to anyone. More

I needed a diagnostic run on my truck. Made an appointment specifically for one only to find out when I got there that you don't do diagnostics on the weekend. Why would you schedule me for one if you knew I couldn't get it done on that day. So I ended up just getting an oil change. Service was fine no complaints there. Wish my time wasn't wasted though.
