Reliable has had a hard time maintaining a good quality workforce, with a Customer focused staff. I came in to get some Recall work done on my vehicle to find out you had not ordered the party in. so now I workforce, with a Customer focused staff. I came in to get some Recall work done on my vehicle to find out you had not ordered the party in. so now I have to bring the vehicle back while you bring the part in and then do a computer update on the system. Would have been nice to have had you ordered the part first since you knew what I was coming to have done. As for the staff they are very courteous and seem to try to want to do the right thing. More

Service advisors I dealt with on 7/31 were horrible. I had to call several times to get updates on my car with no response. Finally called the service mgr and he told me my service advisor Ramon was out I had to call several times to get updates on my car with no response. Finally called the service mgr and he told me my service advisor Ramon was out sick and that the computers were down which delayed work. So why didn’t I get a call with any of this information?? Totally unacceptable customer service. And so I missed work another day so the work could be completed. And again I had to be the one calling for updates. Why such a lack of communication. Also was informed that I had told the female who checked me in that I had said I did not need to be called; that was a lie. Why would I not want to know the status on my car? That was wrong on so many levels. More
When I arrived Briana S. was on the phone. I spoke with another advisor a young man and told him I had an appointment at 1:00. He took my info and got things rolling. My vehi was on the phone. My vehicle only needed a bolt installed on the rear bumper, which I believe should have not taken very long. I was there for over an hour. I also believe that Briana and the young male advisor could work on their customer service skills. They need to pay more attention to their customers. More
