The people are great. The organization not so much. Since I bought my rogue I felt less than taken care of. Especially my Nissan who refuse to fix a problem that was not my fault and left me stuck with the bill. I don't understand the point of a warranty if it doesn't cover things??? And yes I do understand the reality that Nissan would not cover something that was caused by me however in this particular instance I don't believe it was caused by me. It also took four trips back and forth to the dealership and being told there was no problem like I was imagining it. So again the people at this service center are great, the service manager is fantastic and the workers are great but I really don't appreciate the dealership mentality. And I'm very disappointed to the point where I probably would never buy another car from this dealership or probably even Nissan. More
Horrible sales Manager Sammy was no help. I bought a 2024 Titan and was having problems with it 45 day’s after purchase took it in to get fixed they had it 3 weeks and they couldn’t figure ou I bought a 2024 Titan and was having problems with it 45 day’s after purchase took it in to get fixed they had it 3 weeks and they couldn’t figure out how to fix the issue so I asked Sammy to just put me in another truck wouldn’t do it told him this truck is a lemon all he told me is it’s under warranty. They replaced the transfer case that didn’t solve issues Ramon never gave me updates on what they were doing I had to call just to find out what was going on Ramon finally told me the main mechanic could not figure out the issue and would have to call engineer from manufacture. My truck was in there July 6 through end of September. I asked him if they can get me a truck because that’s what I need. They gave me in Nissan Altima to drive around, bad customer service all around. I will never buy from reliable Nissan again. The truck still doesn’t drive the same it’s just a lemon and need to buy it back. More

I was hung up on while making the appointment. Placed on hold for 15 minutes. When I showed up to the appointment at 6:50a for my 7a appointment, no one would acknowledge I was at the locked door Placed on hold for 15 minutes. When I showed up to the appointment at 6:50a for my 7a appointment, no one would acknowledge I was at the locked door because they “weren’t open yet”. I was quoted a hour wait time when making the appointment and when I arrived at the appointment. I was at the dealership from 6:50a to 11:30a and I had to keep asking them to check if my car was done. They never completed the service and I have to go back because they didn’t have a part. My time was not valued. I also received my car back not the way I left it- like the protection cover ripped off the door frame. More
They charged ridiculous amounts just for the car to end up worse than how it came in. They only do what they're told and don't think ahead or ask questions leaving the customer with issues they don't have up worse than how it came in. Worst service I have had. Was told the service would take 1 and 1/2 hours and I was there for 4 hours.
