Malick has worked with us for almost a year now. We were first interested in a new car, but didnt know what we liked. We went to purchase a used vehicle they had, I wanted. My friend was co signing for me so they pulled my friends credit before they came back to tell us that they sold the vehicle I was there to get.No good friend was co signing for me so they pulled my friends credit before they came back to tell us that they sold the vehicle I was there to get.No good communication there. So we looked at other vehicles any way. Did find something else so we proceeded to the paper work We got through the paper work wich took us 5 1/2 hrs. We got out at 10:30 pm on a friday night. Every one was nice at that point cause they said that it was a done deal and the vehicle was mine to drive home. Needles to say 2weeks and countless non returned phone calls I finally get a call saying that there was a problem and I had to return the vehicle. No one was friendly about any thing. They made me wait for over an hour just to get my keys back for my old car. I thought they Gave a 100% customer saticfaction. They must decide who to be nice to. They also should not allow 2 weeks to go by before asking for the vehicle back. It's cruel when you get to liking something that was way nicer then what you had. The belief I had that the vehicle was mine and no car payment due for another month well lets just say my finances are now all messed up cause of this situation of lack of communication and lack of customer care. More
