Ripped Off,taken advantage, did not do work as described. On 04/22/2014 I brought my 2005 Nissan Altima in because the starter was not working. I was charged $786.00 dollars. I was quoted by Santa Fe Auto it On 04/22/2014 I brought my 2005 Nissan Altima in because the starter was not working. I was charged $786.00 dollars. I was quoted by Santa Fe Auto it would be $280.00 total for parts and labor for the starter. After they claimed the work was completed - the car wouldn't start, I had to wait 30 minutes for it start and it barely ran. I brought it Southern Auto in Rio Rancho and they replaced a sensor and said there was no work done on the starter. I was ripped off and it was dishonest work. Avoid at all costs!! They steal your money and over charge you 100 fold. More

I purchased a used vehicle from Reliable Nissan on Sept. 29th of 2013 . It is a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport. 4 Days after I purchased the vehicle the check engine light came on and the cruise control stopped w 29th of 2013 . It is a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport. 4 Days after I purchased the vehicle the check engine light came on and the cruise control stopped working. I took the vehicle in to have them check the vehicle out, I could not leave it that day because I needed to take it out of town on a trip. They told me it would be a quick fix and to bring it back on Monday. I took the vehicle in for repair on a Monday in October and got it back on a Thursday and they fixed the problem. So I thought. When I got the vehicle back the check engine light was off, but when I tried to put gas in the vehicle it would simply overflow which was not a problem when I bought the vehicle and the check engine light came back on. So I had to take the vehicle back in. I took my vehicle in on the following Monday and did not get the vehicle back again until the following Monday. When I got my vehicle back I immediately took it to a gas station to fill it to make sure that it would take fuel. It did not. So I had to take it back in the very next day, as I was taking it in to the shop, the Check engine light came back on! I took the vehicle back in to get fixed and didn't get it back for another 4 days. I got the vehicle back and drove it for 2 days and then the cruise control went out again. So I had to take the Ford back into the dealership on Monday to get the issue fixed. I took it in on December 2nd. Today is the 6th of December and I still do not have my vehicle back and have been informed that the repairs that need to be done will not be taken care of by the dealership. I tried talking to the used car salesman Scott. He tells me that its because I bought a used car and they have problems, even though I asked if there was any warranty on the vehicle when I bought it. I was informed that there was a 15 day warranty on the vehicle and I got it in to the dealership in the proper time frame. It is not my fault that they never completed the work properly. He then informs me that they have already put plenty of money into the vehicle. Yet it is still not fixed which means that I bought a lemon. As I said, I bought the vehicle on Sept. 29th, Today is now the 6th of December. Through out all this time, the vehicle has been at "Reliable" Nissan for 28 days. I have not even had a chance to enjoy my "new" vehicle as it has been in the shop for a majority of the time I have "owned" it. Yet I have had to keep my end of the deal up for making payments on this lemon of a car. I just want Reliable to make things right. I would also like to note that I overpaid for this vehicle by about $1200 which I was not truly aware of until my loan went all the way through. My loan officer informed me of this after the fact that it was purchased. I will never do business with this company again and will tell all my friends to stay away from this place as they were truly not willing to help with the problems that the vehicle had. They partially did until it became overly costly to them. Sometimes a business takes a loss, that's just how it is, I know this as a business man myself. More
Samantha was great. She was referred to me by a friend of mine and she didn't disappoint! She gave us a great price up front and she even delivered the vehicle to Las Cruces for us because we were unable to mine and she didn't disappoint! All prices were what we agreed upon and there were no hidden charges/fees like some dealers try to sneak in there. I would recommend this dealer and specifically Samantha to anyone! More
These folks didn't seem to want to sell cars. I don't expect any dealership to give me a car but I do expect them to be reasonable, especially when trying to buy last year's model. For the 2013 model we were interested in they had around 15 on the lot. 2014s are arriving in a couple of weeks but they seemed to want to hold on to the 2013s. It's not the good old days for car dealers when they had all the information and buyers had none. We pretty much know what cars are worth today as they sit on your lot. I would not go so far as to not recommend this dealership to someone else. You may have better luck than I did. More
My old car had just died, finally, and i had heard a lot about the new nissans. I called and talked to a nice guy who answered all my questions quickly and nicely. It was awesome! We went for a drive once we found the one that fit my needs. I was almost instantly sold. We sat down and they gave me a great price that fit right into my budget. The whole process was totally painless and quite enjoyable. I will gladly shop with them in the, very distant, future. This Sentra is awesome and I will keep it a long time. More
I was looking for a new, inexpensive, car to use on my long commute. I had looked at a few other places here in town but didn't get many answers to my questions and I felt like they didn't listen to me. I long commute. I called and set up a time to come to Reliable and they were great! Right away they sat me down and asked some great questions to make sure they got all my concerns addressed. Then they pulled up a Versa. It was perfect! it was a really nice blue color, and had lots of nice things like power windows and locks and even the auxiliary port for my phone! We went for a drive and they explained all about the car in easy to understand terms and answered all my questions. We got back and they were very straight to the point with numbers and it was great because the car i drove and really liked was right in my budget! I love the car and will gladly go there for service too! More
