I had a fantastic experience working with Kery at Reliable Lexus! I currently have a 2017 Lexus 350 RX and just wanted a newer / more updated version, easy right?! However, after a few months of searching for a newer model, it turned out there wasn’t anything available. Kery was incredibly supportive during this time, calling me every week to keep me updated – even when there was no news, which always made me chuckle! Finally, in January, I received the exciting call that the car I wanted would be allocated to me. Kery made sure to customize it to my preferences, and by the end of March, I was thrilled to get my 2025 Lexus 350 RX Luxury Edition in Pearl White and Macadamia! It was definitely worth the wait! Kery was a pleasure to work with and always took the time to call me rather than just sending texts, which I truly appreciated. On the day I picked up my new car, Mark also helped me understand all the features inside, making the whole process very smooth. I highly recommend Reliable Lexus to anyone in the market for a car. I'm absolutely loving my new ride! More
