I had a scheduled appointment for Tuesday, 6/11/24. I received a reminder call the day before and I'm glad I did. My work schedule changed and I was not able to make the Tuesday appt, so I asked if th I received a reminder call the day before and I'm glad I did. My work schedule changed and I was not able to make the Tuesday appt, so I asked if there was any way to get our Equinox in today. The scheduler got me in at 12 noon which made my day. Oil change service was done with a smile. The only downside to this service, it took 2 hours for each. It may take extended time to complete the process to purchase a new vehicle, but Nicholas is the most thorough, knowledgeable and has the type of personality to make you feel comfortable! I took my car in for an engine thermostat replacement around 9 am. It was finished just after 3pm, and Reliable Chevrolet provided Lyfts for me, free of charge!
