I have made several attempts to contact Mr. Hooser with no reply and I have left several voicemails to him and others that I’ve been passed to their voicemails as well…to this day. Even with this, they expect me to reach out again. Seems they pass me around on the phone and it’s funny to them to do this. I still have not received a call back from ANY manager nor have my issues been resolved. I will be seeking legal advice as this has already taken up my time dealing with this and having to make trips to my local dealership for things that should’ve been addressed in advance before delivery of this vehicle, as well as upcoming appointments. It’s things just like this that is so wrong on so many levels and I will not stop until everything is resolved! I feel I have been VERY patient in trying to resolve this without my attorney being involved.

Mr. Hooser reached out to me the following day saying that he had heard that I was no longer in the market for a vehicle and asked why. I responded and told him everything that I posted here. I never heard from him again, so I don't think contacting him will do any good.
