Reliable Chevrolet - NM - Service Center

I paid a lot of money (over 2 thousand dollars) for poor quality of service. I have only been in New Mexico 41 days and my vehicle is still in the shop since September 23rd, 2022 and counting do to poor qua quality of service. Today is October 11th, 2022. The Lyft service that they provide is free and is extremely poor quality also (i.e. Long wait times, consistent changing of drivers, poor quality of vehicles and very unclean vehicles, etcetera). I've been lied to, my phone calls have been ignored. I have requested/demanded to speak to the "General Manager" Ken Orosco and my request was ignored. I'm deeply disappointed and beyond!!!!!!!! I made a note of the TPMS values and place when I took my Volt for tire rotation. The paperwork had that after they rotated the tires they also checked the pressure and reset the TPMS. No, the pressures and placements were the same as when I took the car in. Evidence is that not only were the tires not rotated but that the pressure was not checked, nor the TPMS redone. Since we cannot be allowed to view the area where work is performed it is important to be able to trust the service people. If they lie about such a simple easily checked service what are they lying about that I cannot check? More

I would like to thank him for answering all of my questions honestly and making that multi-hour process Pleasant and enjoyable. He made it not as painful as it otherwise could have been. I'm happy with the truck even though I wish it could have been cheaper, In the outcome the price was reasonable. On dec 15, 2021 i purchased a CERTIFIED chevy colorado. Ever since then i have had it back to the dealer 4 times for the same problem. this truck has a vibration starting at 65 and get worse as you incre Ever since then i have had it back to the dealer 4 times for the same problem. this truck has a vibration starting at 65 and get worse as you increase speed. They have rotated and balance the tires twice. checked the front end. They even told me it was the rack and pinon and replaced the rack and pinon. It still had the problem. Every time i picked it up and would get on the hwy it was vibrate. They must not test it when the finish the work. So the last time i took it in and told them it has not been fixed they kept the truck for several days. The the Service Manager Victor called me and told me it was the tires. Now when i purchased this truck it had new tires on it. So i asked him it they were going to replace them and he said NO that it was a characteristic of the tires. Which is xxxxxxxxx. they just dont know what is wrong or dont want to pay for tires. Now remember i have a 12 month 12,000 warranty bumper to bumper. it does not say anything about the tires are not included. So when i talked to Victor I asked him if they had put on other tires to check this and he told me and i quote " YES WE TRIED OTHER TIRES AND THE VIBRATION WHEN AWAY". Well he is a LIAR!!! when i went to pick up the vehicle i asked the service advisor Bryan about the tires and he also said it was the Characteristic of the tires. I asked his if other tires had been put on the vehicle and he said " NO OTHER TIRES HAVE BEEN PUT ON THE VEHICLE". So i see now that this dealer will LIE to you to get you to purchase a vehicle. SO IS THIS THE WAY RELIABLE CHEVROLET IN ALBUQUERQUE, NM WORKS!!!!!!! Im going to make sure everyone knows how this dealer work. I can see that your warranty is worth less. More
