To be fair, we have purchased two cars from his dealership and gone in for service a few times over the course of about 12 years. Every time it's just a little bit worse than the time previous. About 2 weeks ago I had a small leak coming out of my Camaro. I took it down to you guys and all I wanted was an answer of where this leak was coming from. Of course I should have known better from the get-go with the 20 -point inspection xx line and then a full diagnostic is needed to see where a leak is coming from. By the way, I've had plenty of multi-point inspections and gone back home once there was no power steering fluid and this time there was almost no radiator fluid. So much for the thorough checking. I digress. For the next 10 days every time I called my car was never being seen yet. We don't know where the leak is and all my service representative would talk about is struts, struts, struts. Then finally after persistent calling and emails 10 days later they finally got my car up and in a bay and sent back multiple repair bills that totalled $7000. I told my service representative in the beginning that this car is not worth much, it's getting old and I was not interested in putting a lot of money into it. I just want to know where this leak is coming from and what the solution is to fix that. So my car was in the shop for 11 days, is still leaking with no answer to that and new struts for $1700. Complete and utter waste of time and money. The worst part is we just bought a 2023 Traverse from there and were swindled into getting the warranty to make sure one of the sales people gets an extra bonus, now I need to go back and read the fine print to make sure I do not have to bring that vehicle there for service if something were to go wrong for the warranty work. I will do everything in my power to never return to this dealership for anything. I am also now on the market to purchase another vehicle but it is sure not going to be from un-reliable. I will use anywhere but here. That can be y'all's new sales pitch! Un-reliable. More

Took my vehicle in for an oil change. They knew I was waiting at the dealership for it. I was told it would be complete at a certain time. Went to check about 15 minutes after that time h They knew I was waiting at the dealership for it. I was told it would be complete at a certain time. Went to check about 15 minutes after that time had passed. The work hadn’t been started yet! Told them I needed it done today but would not be waiting at the dealership now and went to run errands with husband. I was then told I would receive a call or text when it was complete. Never received either. Tried calling to check if it was complete with no answer. Went to dealership and saw vehicle had move to front. It was finally done. Took them a few minutes to find my paperwork to get me on my way. I wasn’t charged for my service but what a long day and the communication there needs improvement! More
