I recently took my vehicle in for a recall order, oil change, and a brake issue, hoping for a resolution with the brake issue. My brake issue was not resolved, and the explanation I received did not adequately address the problem I was experiencing. Unfortunately, despite my visit, the issue persists to this day. Customer service was great, but I expected more thorough diagnostics and a clear solution. I chose Reliable Chevrolet for their reputation, but this experience has left me questioning the quality of your service department. I hope they take customer concerns more seriously and work towards truly resolving issues rather than providing vague answers. Would I recommend your service department? Based on this experience, I cannot. More
