The service staff were helpful, but my vehicle was towed in with an oil line failure only a month after my last oil change (also conducted at Reliable). The service team did not get to my truck for nearly three weeks. This has been a consistent problem with Reliable. Hopefully new staff will join the service team and vehicles can be serviced more efficiently. More

They had our truck for 5 months waiting on a part. I know this was out of their control, but during this time there was no communication. When we got the truck back ot was filthy. I was in Reliable to determine why my vehicle was continuing have problems starting. The battery was tested by a service tech and determined to be good but was suggested to purchase a new battery by continuing have problems starting. The battery was tested by a service tech and determined to be good but was suggested to purchase a new battery by the Service Advisor(Angel Baros) and to return the vehicle if I continue to have problems with the vehicle. In addition, I used the shuttle service provided by Reliable. A problem was encountered in that the shuttle was sent to Reliable Nissan instead of Reliable Chevolet. The shuttle driver indicated that the map or address used by Reliable Chevrolet be changed or updated. I was able to get my vehicle quickly but will hope that the new battery sovles my problem.
