Emilio, scheduled me an appointment at the shop. I got there and everyone was so friendly. They offered me some coffee, and asked me if I needed to charge my phone? (which I Did.) and was directed to charging station. while i was waiting for my car. Several employees asked me if I needed anything. I felt that I had come to the right place. The month prior I had taken my car to Galles Chevrolet for the recall. I waited in the Lobby, for a while before I was notified that they didn't have the part. while I waited Not one person acknowledged my presence there. I'm sure they saw me, but were too busy to say good morning, or just a may I help you. Needless to say the next time I go car shopping my first stop will be Reliable! Thank You, Eloisa D Aragon More
