Service rep spared time to overlook the car. Service time was acceptable with the vehicle out for a few hours as anticipated (Multi-point inspection, and alignment.) However, I approved the mounting of two new tires and found NEW damages (due to carelessness) on my custom wheels that are not even a year old. Currently in a dispute pending a review of the damages. Didn't buy my car from them and I don't have warranty service with them. I CHOSE to have certified service from them and they damaged my custom Corvette rims. Weeks later no real follow up, missed one phone call, with no return phone call, voicemail or text. Asked for an estimate and was given a $400 part markup. More
