Mostly my negative comment is around the fact that communication was a hundred percent lacking. I kept making calls and leaving messages and never got phone calls back. I was supposed to get a call with a final estimate, and that never happened. It took six days for them to do standard repairs and maintenance. The whole time I was forced to worry that I may not have the money to pay for the work and would loose my car to a mechanics lean because noone called me back and i had no say in how they would proceed. One of the things I asked for wasn't even done, a full detail. The one time I got somebody to answer the phone when I called, they mentioned that the repair to my mirror was in progress and said that the mechanic noted that I needed new tires. I found this interesting because new tires were the primary reason for bringing the vehicle in. Now, for the last two days, I've been calling in leaving voicemails that the sensors on my mirrors were no longer working meaning someone either broke the sensor mechanism or failed to reconnect them. I also reported that the oil change sensor is reading 22% life on the oil. One of the things I asked for and paid for was an oil change. Either it wasn't done or someone forgot to reset the sensor. Either way, three calls and three messages later and I'm still waiting for someone to respond. I will be reaching out to the general manager next. Also, you should note that I called the service center fifteen times, only once did someone actually answer the phone. I did not consider this a good customer experience. I was very disappointed. I purchased two vehicles from this dealership, I've referred family and friends to this dealership as well. I can't do that in good faith anymore. Staff should say what they mean, mean what they say, a follow through on thir promises. More

My report to dealership staff of low oil observed in truck prior to purchase was disregarded. Vehicle was brought in for service three weeks later after check engine light came on. One and a half quarts truck prior to purchase was disregarded. Vehicle was brought in for service three weeks later after check engine light came on. One and a half quarts oil needed to be added. This is unacceptable. Staff would not provide document in writing insuring this issue would be addressed after warranty at no cost to us. Appointment has been scheduled for thursday with verbal reassurance only of no cost to us. I request one additional month to address this issue if it reoccurs. More
