We told him what we were looking for and what features we wanted. Brandon showed us a 2014 Yukon SLT XL that was in good condition. There was no pressure from Brandon who was easy going, when sales people from other dealerships tried to pressure us to by something right away, we just say thank you and walkaway. Service Richard always goes above and beyond every time I bring my truck in for service. Today was no exception; after overhearing that another service member Richard always goes above and beyond every time I bring my truck in for service. Today was no exception; after overhearing that another service member was unable to replace my brake light bulb he proceeded to replace the bulb himself and then walked me through the inspection of my truck (my truck had just been in an accident over the weekend). He also talked with me about what to ask the insurance adjuster to make sure my family would be safe riding in my truck until the body work was performed.
