After buying over 22 vehicles they suck except for the service manager and sales personnel Drusky and Bellar. My check engine light came on after having service done at Reiselman 2 days prior. I did not have an appointment and showed up at the dealership about 10:00 AM, Douglas Rigsby took my vehicle back and kept at Reiselman 2 days prior. I did not have an appointment and showed up at the dealership about 10:00 AM, Douglas Rigsby took my vehicle back and kept me informed while the service dept tried to find out the problem. Brought my truck back in after having new brakes put on because they were squeaking. Had a 8am appointment. 3:45pm I get a call saying its finally done. Picked it up and drove off, 1 mile down the road and because they were squeaking. Had a 8am appointment. 3:45pm I get a call saying its finally done. Picked it up and drove off, 1 mile down the road and brakes are still squeaking. Went straight back and was told sorry but I need another appointment. Was leaving for Florida the next morning on Vacation so I had to drive a squeaky truck to florida and back. Got back made another appointment and another 8hrs later I had to go by and find out if it was ready. O sorry we had to get new brake pads delivered. Why make a appointment for brakes and they know its to replace them completely if they are just going to keep a truck the entire day. So in total my truck was in this service dept for 16hrs for squeaky brakes they installed. Not so much as a follow up to update me as to what was going on. SAVE YOUR TIME. Go else where More
