My check engine light came on after having service done at Reiselman 2 days prior. I did not have an appointment and showed up at the dealership about 10:00 AM, Douglas Rigsby took my vehicle back and kept at Reiselman 2 days prior. This is a great dealership! I worked with a Kelley Arnold and he was so responsive to all my questions for about a month. All of his numbers were accurate. Once I finally went in to make a purchase, he showed me like eight cars and answered all my questions thoroughly. I was able to make a purchase in about three hours.
