My wife and I love that everyone involved in the sale of our new vehicle were friendly and very knowledgeable. Reiselman GMC is an hour from our residence with a much larger GMC dealership just ten from the our new vehicle were friendly and very knowledgeable. The employees were nice and polite, but the wait time was way too long. I made an appointment, for an oil change only, at 11:30am. I got there 10 minutes early and they took my keys then. I’m not sure if they had too many booked for that time or people were going to lunch, but it just seems too long for just an oil change. More
