My Bronco Sport needed some recall work done and it was scheduled promptly. First of all if you are a woman, veteran and a working mother of 3 they will take advantage of you. I bought my car from Reiselman Ford in Dickson 2 years ago. On May 2nd I had an appointment to get my ca mother of 3 they will take advantage of you. I bought my car from Reiselman Ford in Dickson 2 years ago. On May 2nd I had an appointment to get my car looked at for the steering. 1 week went by and have not heard a thing. Had to keep going up there to find out anything. After 2 weeks they said it was my strut bearings. Had that fixed, it did not fix the problem. Took it back they said it was in the steering. They had it 2 more weeks. Did not offer a rental or nothing. Picked up again after they said it was ready and drove like butter. That was not the case. My car was louder and vibrated the inside of my car. I called and explained what was going on and I would be back and wanted to see a manager. I was told the manager would test drive with me. When I got there they wanted to put it on the rack to see if something needed to be tightend before the test drive. (He was trying to blow me off) I had the manager drive with me before it hit the rack knowing they were going to pull something. He finally got me a rental car so they could fix it again. Got a call from higher management (that i asked for) to try and get my money back on what all i paid for that did not fix the problem and he said no and tried to sell me another car. After 40 days and $2,000.00 (would have been more but my warranty covered almost 3k) so about 5k total, I finally got my car back on June 12th and hope i dont have to bring it back. Don't bring your car here they will screw you over big time. More
