I am only responding because, this is not true at all. We were Beaman Ford 2 years ago. The vehicle was looked at by our guys and they told her that they thought it was in the steering. She then took it to a local shop, who supposedly said "If the Ford store said that's what it is, then that must be it". Well, unfortunately, they are the ones who failed here. I have never went anywhere and they took another person's word for it and proceeded to work on the vehicle without their own diagnosis. That is not an honorable operation and they had no interest in taking care of their customer. Well, when that didn't work out, then you came back and we figured that it was the motor mount. Not the steering. What you aren't telling everyone is, that we didn't do the work on the situation that you are asking for money back on, they did. What your also leaving out is, that we did the motor mount and control arms on your 160k mile vehicle for free to try to help. I have zero problem when we mess up, we are human, but I can't allow untruth's to be put out there and false claims. We don't take advantage of anyone. We didn't do the work on the $900 that you spent. I would direct the angst towards the local shop that did. They should have diagnosed your vehicle to really try to take care of you. Anything other than making sure you aren't spending money for no reason, would be dishonorable. And if you decide to comeback, I will do your next regular scheduled oil change at my cost. Thank you.

Oh yes it was the steering. Yall even worked on it using the warranty i had to pay for some of it and i coverd the rest. I'm not sure where you got your info from. So who's the liar now. When i picked it up it ran worse. Yall then fixed my motor mount that yall messed up when yall had my car so yes that was yalls fault. Me and my warranty paid yall thousands of dollars together and you only fixed your mess up for free so dont act like you were never paid while i was out a car for over a month cause yall cant get a car in when i had an appointment. Don't act like it's not true so yall can look good Why would I have a reason to lie? Do you think I wanted to go through this bad experience? Again yall are treating a woman, veteran and a working mother of 3 horrible.

And whats wrong with my car having 160k miles on it? I try to take care of what i worked hard to have. Not all of us can drive a new car. Don't judge
