Very nice people in the service department. My only issue is this is a farm truck and depreciated as such on taxes. I even gave u my tax form with Tennessee and ur finance guy said no! They are very friendly and professional. The day of pickup, I was in and out within 10 minutes. I brought my F 150 in for recall services on a Monday. They said it would be ready on Tuesday afternoon. I told them I couldn’t be there Tuesday. It, I would pick it up later in the week. I arrived Friday They said it would be ready on Tuesday afternoon. I told them I couldn’t be there Tuesday. It, I would pick it up later in the week. I arrived Friday and they said it wasn’t ready. In fairness they did move my issue up the line but, I waited over two hours until it was ready. Everyone was kind and professional but, I should have been called to say there was a delay. More

I purchased my 2024 Ranger Raptor from another dealership only because of how hard they are to find. Since then, I’ve been dealing with Reiselman Ford’s parts and service department and have to give them tw only because of how hard they are to find. Since then, I’ve been dealing with Reiselman Ford’s parts and service department and have to give them two thumbs up. They communicate, are very professional and are very friendly and responsive. I recently had a Ford Performance Racing Parts ProCal calibration mod. installed by them. They again were very communicative and their service dept. manager (Jonathan I believe is his name) is the one that did the install since he was more experienced with the product. Heidi (service advisor) followed our instructions and text (as did Jonathan) progress updates. While my vehicle was in their possession, they also took care of a recall issue. My vehicle was turned back over to me just as clean as it was when I dropped it off (very unusual in my experience with others)! Big kudos to Reiselman Ford and its team! HIGHLY recommend!! More

Communication was great, they did the best they could to troubleshoot and correct my vehicle, handled the warranty. I think there is still something wrong with my car electrical they need a better way to de troubleshoot and correct my vehicle, handled the warranty.
