Very nice people in the service department. My only issue is this is a farm truck and depreciated as such on taxes. I even gave u my tax form with Tennessee and ur finance guy said no! Their Mobil unit needs some tweaking,They left a “chock” wedge behind my wheel and the cover for my oil pan underneath the truck fell off,therefore I had to go to the Dealership anyway…I’ve been coming her wedge behind my wheel and the cover for my oil pan underneath the truck fell off,therefore I had to go to the Dealership anyway…I’ve been coming here for years…now,they made it right by putting a better cover on underneath…. They are very friendly and professional. The day of pickup, I was in and out within 10 minutes. I brought my F 150 in for recall services on a Monday. They said it would be ready on Tuesday afternoon. I told them I couldn’t be there Tuesday. It, I would pick it up later in the week. I arrived Friday They said it would be ready on Tuesday afternoon. I told them I couldn’t be there Tuesday. It, I would pick it up later in the week. I arrived Friday and they said it wasn’t ready. In fairness they did move my issue up the line but, I waited over two hours until it was ready. Everyone was kind and professional but, I should have been called to say there was a delay. More
