Chad had answers to our questions, he was patient with us as we worked through our months long buying processes, and when it came time to talk money, the deals that he and the dealership put together we're more than fair. No haggling, no B.S., no "let me ask my sales manager", just a straight forward and fair process. Beyond that the general sales manager, Mr. Scott Stevens, actually took the time to sit and chat with both my wife and me. Not a conversation about the cars we were buying, not about the deals we were getting, or an attempt to "double team" us on the sale, just a conversation about everyday regular stuff. never did we feel like our business was not appreciated. We were always greeted by someone when we came to the dealership and asked how we could be helped or who we were working with. Top notch professionalism from the moment we walked in the door. I would recommend, and intend to recommend, that anyone looking for a Honda should consider working with Chad Krupp and Gene Stevens Honda.
