We had a great experience in purchasing our new Honda CRV with the help of Tonia Brown. Lackluster at best--IF I COULD RATE less I would. On/about May 9, 2022, I purchased a used Honda HRV Sport from salesman Jason. From then until now, it has been a nightmare. First, I was overcharged On/about May 9, 2022, I purchased a used Honda HRV Sport from salesman Jason. From then until now, it has been a nightmare. First, I was overcharged $500 on May 9th. It literally took Megan Chong (Finance clerk) until June 14th to get my money back. It was one excuse after another. I emailed Megan twelve (12) requested copies of my bank statements to prove the discrepancy. SHE NEVER RESPONDED UNTIL I SPOKE TO THE GM Brandon. She alleged that she left messages (lies), and a sundry of other outright excuses that were very disingenuous. Secondly, it took Megan FOREVER to cancel the extended warranty I requested the day after I purchased the vehicle. Thirdly, AS OF 6/22 I DO NOT HAVE THE MEMORANDUM OF TITLE. My tags expire on 6/23--tomorrow. I have left text messages for Jason (salesman), and voicemails for him as well as the General Manager, Brandon--ALL TO NO AVAIL. Unfortunately, I have to take legal action due to the unfair treatment and loss of money I will incur as a result of not being able to drive the car I paid for. All I will say is...NEVER AGAIN! More

My Mom, 86 years young, lives in Findlay and needed a new car badly as hers had died. I'm her daughter and I live in California, so after test-driving a very nice used Civic EX, my Mom had me take the reins to help her in buying it. Mark would call me directly to discuss the actual car's driving & repair history, our trade-in value, negotiations, etc. And when we were ready to finalize the deal, Clayton made the financing part so easy explaining everything on a Zoom call or speaker phone when my Mom was signing her part. Buying a car long distance for your elderly parent could've been difficult, however these two made it a 'breeze' and even enjoyable. I highly recommend them both and the entire Reineke Honda team. More

All Around Good Experience My wife and I bought new Hondas within 6 months of each other. Both times the salesman, Mr. Chad Krupp, and the dealership, were patient, friendly, in My wife and I bought new Hondas within 6 months of each other. Both times the salesman, Mr. Chad Krupp, and the dealership, were patient, friendly, informative, and fair. Chad had answers to our questions, he was patient with us as we worked through our months long buying processes, and when it came time to talk money, the deals that he and the dealership put together we're more than fair. No haggling, no B.S., no "let me ask my sales manager", just a straight forward and fair process. Beyond that the general sales manager, Mr. Scott Stevens, actually took the time to sit and chat with both my wife and me. Not a conversation about the cars we were buying, not about the deals we were getting, or an attempt to "double team" us on the sale, just a conversation about everyday regular stuff. never did we feel like our business was not appreciated. We were always greeted by someone when we came to the dealership and asked how we could be helped or who we were working with. Top notch professionalism from the moment we walked in the door. I would recommend, and intend to recommend, that anyone looking for a Honda should consider working with Chad Krupp and Gene Stevens Honda. Once I run my second Honda down to its rims, I'll be going back. More
