Dealer service scheduler (Jaylun) was very kind and helpful in getting my F150 in for service and master cylinder recall. 5 stars for him. Also very understanding in getting problem resolved after pick helpful in getting my F150 in for service and master cylinder recall. 5 stars for him. Also very understanding in getting problem resolved after pickup. Technician broke the brake switch doing the master cylinder replacement. Switch was replaced as expected. After I picked the truck up I was going down the highway with the cruise control set. Came up on slow traffic and hit the brakes to slow down and found the cruise control would not cancel. Had to shut it off manually. Little dicey for a minute. Took the truck back to dealership and found technician didn’t calibrate the switch after replacement. Serious safety error on his behalf. 1 star for technician. More
