Very satisfied Buying a used vehicle can be a stressfull experience BUT. I have to say Rieneke Ford of Lima relieves you of all the stress. The price was right and the vehicle was just as described in the add and the customer service was outstanding. I delt with Rick and he was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. No b.s. and no gimmicks. No hidden costs and no haggaling. Just straight forward and honest. My next vehicle purchase will be made at Reineke Ford (and i live in the Detroit metro area). So much better than the previous owner After an absolutely toxic lease experience with the previous owner I ended up with Dodge trucks and Jeeps for the last 14 years. Recently while lookin After an absolutely toxic lease experience with the previous owner I ended up with Dodge trucks and Jeeps for the last 14 years. Recently while looking for a new ride I took a chance and stopped at Reineke Ford Lincoln. It was a 180 degree change from the previous dealer. Yes we had to bicker about trade in value but didn't feel insulted and by the second trip things came together very nicely. Yep, I'd like more for my trade, we all do, but our salesman worked hard to bring us to a place where we were happy to be driving away in a brand new Lincoln for 14 dollars a month more than a new Jeep. ( ignore the brand bought below. Only option is Ford. They sell Lincolns also.) More
