He took the time to make sure I got the Sonata I wanted at a reasonable price and went out of his way to make sure it was an easy and enjoyable experience. He made sure to show me all of the features of my new car and how to use them. He remembered the features that I wanted in the car I ended up purchasing but did not push me into a car outside of my budget or that did not have exactly what I was looking for. He made sure they had the car I wanted available and ready to go the day I went to pick it up. He even answered a phone call from me after-hours which was well above and beyond the service he was required to provide. The financing department was top-notch. All of the individuals I have interacted with in their department were polite, respectful and made sure all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. Any time I had to leave an inquiry for the financing team they called me back within the hour. This is my second purchase from Regional Hyundai.
