Cynthia did a great job. She followed up with me throughout my journey. She was the only reason I purchased however her manager Mario is another story. On my first trip the vehicles I tried he got me monthly payments including extended warranty. However somehow the quote he gave me for my vehicle was without this is what he said. My payments he told me increased $20 a month plus I end up paying 50$ more than what I was suppose to pay. Mario tricked me and the day of the sale called me and told me he never said quotes have warranty included. So be careful with Mario. Cinthia on the other hands did beyond a great job. She was sincere helpful not pushy listened my needs in a vehicle and come up with a perfect solution. I told there and I’m telling here. Cinthia was the reason I purchased the vehicle if it was to Mario or the finance guy Dillan I would walk away from that place. But remember sale person does the magic. She needs to be promoted. Cynthia you should be the sales manager. My gosh at least you smile and listen. Thank you for making me feel like an important customer while others didnot. More

I’ve waited two weeks for a response from Regional Hyundai regarding my last service, and nothing. Save yourself the trouble—service your vehicle elsewhere and opt out of the Hyundai Protection Plan. You’ll be expected to research your own campaigns and still get charged for labor even if a campaign has expired. I brought my car in for a 60K-mile service (quoted $124) but was charged for an unauthorized brake light replacement that they diagnosed even though the campaign I mentioned for service had expired. My lights were working fine before with an intermittent warning light coming on due to faulty harness issues and now the light consistently comes on and doesn't go away. Why diagnose it if a campaign expired? When I questioned the charge, Hunter Cole (Service Advisor) was dismissive, saying, "I thought I was doing a nice thing." Stating that they could have charged me the full diagnostic fee. Again, why diagnose it if the campaign I mentioned was expired and the light was not showing at the moment. Michelle was also condescending when I called, getting frustrated at me when I only wanted them to fix the issue that they made worse. Why would I pay more to repair something they made worse? The only helpful employee was Kue. This experience made me cancel my $5,700 Hyundai Protection Plan. No sense in keeping an extended warranty if they're going to fight you tooth and nail Everytime you try to take advantage of it. They lost my business. Avoid this dealership. More
I took my 2024 Palisade in yesterday for my first oil change at 8,000 miles, as recommended by the dealership. I waited at the dealership while they changed my oil and rotated my tires. When I drove off the lot the oil indicator light came on and the gears wouldn't change. I immediately made a u-turn to go back to the dealership and the car died. I was halfway off the road and the car wouldn't start. I hadn't even gone a 1/4 mile! I called the dealership, they sent a mechanic with oil? He lifted the hood and pulled out the dip stick to reveal that NO OIL HAD BEEN PUT BACK IN!! The engine was super hot and it smelled like something was burning. He put oil in the car, but it still wouldn't start. A police officer stopped to see if there had been an accident because both of our vehicles were blocking the road. It had been at least 30 minutes since the car died when the officer commented on how hot the engine was. Three more mechanics showed up and pushed the car off the road. I went back to the dealership with them where I was told they would have my car towed back to them tomorrow. Tomorrow?!?! I hope nothing happens to it while left on the side of the road overnight. The service manager wasn't there and nobody even apologized for burning up the motor on my new car!!! I was put in a Tucson, made to initial a rental agreement on my phone without being able to read what I was signing. Then I was told that they would keep me updated. I'm left thinking that even if they get my car working what hidden damage has been done to the motor & other parts that isn't visible?? Are they going to extend the warranty? Or are they even going to cover the current warranty? My car was over $50,000 investment! I feel like they should put me in a new Palisade since there's no proof that permanent damage hasn't been caused to the vehicle I purchased from them 8,000 miles ago. I also purchased an extended warranty, was told they would change the oil every 3,000 miles (until I took it in at 3,000 and was told that Hyundai would only cover every 8,000), bought a 'scratch & dent' policy to then be told it only covers small dents. They deliberately not provide copies of all the add-ons they sell you. The salesman, Jamie, was easy to work with and so was the financial guy, Derek. However, a lot of what they verbally told me & my husband were lies. They will say whatever it takes to make the sale. Well guys it's time to put your money where mouth is! More

Travelled to Tulsa to buy the Santa Cruz, Andrew was kind enough to pick me up at the airport!! Much appreciate. Car was as described and there were no surprises!
