This dealership is nothing but a big scam. I wish I had known better but it's too late since the contract has been signed. I bought an suv for $15500 but between their silly fees and taxes the total came known better but it's too late since the contract has been signed. I bought an suv for $15500 but between their silly fees and taxes the total came up to 19200. They charged $1192 for car prep, $789 for pre delivery service, and another $200 for who knows. If you don't know how to identify thieves just stay away from Regal Automative Group, the salesperson will exploit the heck out of you. He knows what he's doing is unethical but hey! what goes around comes around. I just need to tell friends and family to stay away from your business. More
