I always get my oil changed at Regal Kia. I have always been very happy with the service there, I have had the pleasure of being helped by Jeremy Mahr the last 2 times and he was great. I was told it would be a 2 hour appt to change a tire. I reached out after 2 and a half hours to be told that they would send a driver to pick me up. After an additional hour and a half I called back to c I reached out after 2 and a half hours to be told that they would send a driver to pick me up.
