I came in for oil change and found out there's a recall on my vehicle. I agreed to fixing the recall. I was then advised the test failed and that the entire system had to be replaced. Kelsey advised me that they will put me in a rental car but because it was so late I would have to get the rental car the next day. The dealership had my van for over 2 months. Within that time frame I only spoke to Kelsey Johnson once. Which was the day after as there was an issue when I went to pick up the rental car from Hertz. I had to call in multiple times to check the status of my van and to advise them to entend the rental. As hurts will call me whenever the vehicle wasn't extended. Every time I ask to speak to my advisor I was advised she was not available or she was not in. I was notified by Hertz car rental rep that my vehicle was ready for pickup. He advised that he had went in to the dealership the day before and they advised them that my van was ready. I called the dealership and they advised me that my van was ready. I asked him if I could come in the next morning as I was at work. When I arrived at the dealership it was not ready as the text still had the paperwork. Again my advisor was not there. I was told I had to pay for the oil change. Under the impression that my oil change was paid for the day I left my car at the dealership. The advisor who was assisting me spoke with the manager the manager waived the oil change fee. At first they couldn't find my vehicle.
