I made my recall appointment in advance and asked for the parts to be there to do the work on the day scheduled. I arrived everyone was very pleasant and courteous I will say that. I had to insist on a ride to work or I would have had to cancel the service. I was texted and informed my car was ready to pick up and that they would send a driver to pick me up. No one ever showed or called. I had to find transport back to the dealership and was told sorry when I mentioned that the driver never called her showed. The advisor told me everything was fine and I paid at the cashier for the service that I added on. Thought everything was done. The next week I received a call from the service department telling me the parts were in and they were ready to do the work. The caller stated that the recall work was never done on the day that I had scheduled and already had passed. I am very displeased with the lack of planning to have the parts there in advance as I had requested. I am also very displeased at the lack of communication leading me to believe that my car and my work was completed when I left that day. More
