Full service I took a car I inherited in to have it looked at and see what it needed worked on as I was sure my parents hadn’t done anything more than change the o I took a car I inherited in to have it looked at and see what it needed worked on as I was sure my parents hadn’t done anything more than change the oil. Mind you, this is a 16 year old car and I figured it was going to cost me a fortune to get it “fixed up”. Well it wasn’t cheap, but it was reasonable for the work that needed to be done. Not only that, they did the work quickly and kept me informed along the way. Jorge was my service advisor and he was very friendly and took car of me from start to finish. More

tire not checked. I had my ecoblock reapplied last week (excellent job) at Kia and I noticed my right front tire was low and asked the advisor to check it. I waited for the service and when it was complete I asked if the tire had been checked and he told me it was and air had been supplied. On my way (I had another appointment or I would have returned) I checked the driver info and noticed the tire had the same setting as when I brought it in. I was very disappointed as I travel to your dealer from Winter Haven. More

Adam even found I had some free oil changes remaining from a service contract I had purchased years earlier in Virginia that I thought were not transferrable to this dealership. I am glad I use Regal Acura/Honda service for my car's repairs. Adam and Jeremy have great attention to detail, are friendly to work with service, and quickly had me on my way. Repair brake ABS fault. Significantly more expensive than taking to an auto repair shop. $2800 when it should have cost just over half that. Regal did fix the fault, but damaged some parts during the brake job and repair which had to be replaced at my cost. My wife was pleased so I accepted the cost as it gave her confidence in the vehicle. Service Writer Jarrett Schrom did an excellent job communicating with my wife keeping her appraised of the status of the repairs. More
