Expert staff. Everyone in the Svc Dept was so friendly and helpful. I was kept updated on the status of my service and it was washed and vacuumed. Best of all, my Everyone in the Svc Dept was so friendly and helpful. I was kept updated on the status of my service and it was washed and vacuumed. Best of all, my car was done 20 minutes sooner than the estimate!!!!! Definitely love Kia Srv and will recommend them to everyone. More

Good Service I had a problem with my vehicle not wanting to start. Didn't know if it was an electrical issue battery starter, etc, and of course we all depend on o I had a problem with my vehicle not wanting to start. Didn't know if it was an electrical issue battery starter, etc, and of course we all depend on our cars to get us there and start when we need it. I got it in to Regal Kia after I, finally, got it to somehow start and I cancelled the tow I had ordered. They got my car checked in at the service desk and after I explained the issue, they got my car back to be checked over within a few minutes and checked the electrical system and diagnosed the problem quickly as a battery issue. I had them replaced the battery, problem has been fixed and my car starts and runs great again. They have always taken good care of my car each and every time I have taken it in for service and they have always treated me as a valued customer. They have a very nice customer lounge and wifi available which is very nice also. Thanks Regal Kia! More
