Over the top I went to Regal KIA for an oil change,and was promptly met by a service employee.After speaking with the man,I was told that they would get right on t I went to Regal KIA for an oil change,and was promptly met by a service employee.After speaking with the man,I was told that they would get right on the oil change,so I walked into the waiting area,and relaxed.After a while I got up and started walking around and noticed my car was still parked near where I drove in,but other vehicles that came after me,where on the racks,being serviced. I asked a lady who works there,was there a problem.After I brought the issue to the nice lady...everything started happening very fast.Soon my car was returned to me,with the oil change,and cleaned very good.I was,not charged for the oil change, but it must be noted...one can purchase a KIA,from any dealership, but why? Went for oil change, left with a new car I took my Kia Soul in for a routine oil change. While I was waiting, I decided to go look around at the new cars, who can resist looking? So, I found I took my Kia Soul in for a routine oil change. While I was waiting, I decided to go look around at the new cars, who can resist looking? So, I found a pretty new Soul. Exceptional service and people I have been a service customer of yours for the past 3 years - I received great customer service on my Kia Sorrento from Jeff and Jason and Dee, which I have been a service customer of yours for the past 3 years - I received great customer service on my Kia Sorrento from Jeff and Jason and Dee, which is why I always came back, I could depend on them. As my lease was nearing its end, I received conflicting information from KFMUSA, so I decided to come back to Regal to fid out the best method of closing out my lease. I was fortunate to find Greg Schmidt to assist me. He took time to answer my questions, determine if he could help me with another purchase, and even when he learned that I was not purchasing, he never changed his helpful attitude. As a result, I was able to close out my relationship with KFMusa, in an easy and beneficial manner. I really appreciated his assistance, advice and will certainly be willing to send him send him potential customers whenever I have the chance.
