I don't dread getting my oil change. Their set up is comfortable and the people are really nice. They have snacks and room for you to sit and watch t.v. get things done at one of their tables. Took van in for 3 recalls. They did 2. Didnt have parts for 3rd. Said it would be 2 or 3 day he would call. No call yet. After the service is performed it is returned to me cleaner than when I brought it in. Whatever the service performed (oil change and recalls) was all explained to me.
