15000 mile service I assume all 15000 checks that were supposed to be done were. My invoice only lists an oil change and tire rotation with fluid checks. There was no new service sticker placed on windshield. After waiting 1 hour & 40 min my wife went to ask about it and it was done. No one came to tell us it was finished. I think the time was a little long for the amount of service we received and we had made an appointment. More

Wasn’t pleased So I have been with Kia for years. Always had nice people to take care of what I need. I have had to come in four times on the same issue, my front en So I have been with Kia for years. Always had nice people to take care of what I need. I have had to come in four times on the same issue, my front end making a grinding noise. Finally my third trip there They told me it was my alternator and changed it. I leave that day and a few hours later I get a popping noise in the front end of my car. I get my husband to look at it and he said my belt was about to break! So I would think with being the tech was under my hood that very day would of seen my belt was damaged. So I call and no one seemed to even care or tell me they were sorry. I had to get a tow truck to tow my car to Kia and it took almost 4 hours to be fixed. When I think I should of been bumped in front of everyone else being that it was my fourth time coming in. I had to call and see where my car was at and I told them to get a driver to come get me instead of them calling me and telling me they are sending the courtesy driver out. When I get to Kia no one comes to greet me and no one not even a manager comes to tell me that it was their fault or they were sorry!!!! It upset me because I had to take time out of my day again for my car.... I have always had great service here and love coming but this past month hasn’t been so good!!!!! More

I was met by someone as soon as I pulled up to the service department, the waiting are was very comfortable with drinks and snacks. The young man that was assigned as my service tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions politely. The service was performed very quickly. I definitely will be back for service at Regal, especially after being very dissatisfied at two other local Kia dealers, one being where I bought my car. More
