Great service by Ray. Expected better on car wash. Did not vacuum car. Always did in the past. Hard for me to visit since I work in tampa,, expect everything completed well when I am there since I have to not vacuum car. Always did in the past. Regal GMC has a great facility. The staff is most pleasant to deal with. They keep the customers up to date while they are there waiting for the service to be done. Regal North lot sold me a lemon. You didn’t inspect this GMC Acadia correct (lack thereof) and now it needs $2,600 worth of work done. Literally, not even one week off the lot.
