Engine overhaul Jarrett Schrom #3335, was our Sales Advisor, when first told about the car, I was quoted over $6000 to fix due to not covered by warranty, Jarrett wen Jarrett Schrom #3335, was our Sales Advisor, when first told about the car, I was quoted over $6000 to fix due to not covered by warranty, Jarrett went to his supervisor and stated the repairs needed done and wasnt fair the warranty didnt cover them, and he got the repairs done and replaced the battery for less than half the price. Jarrett was great about communicating with me while repairs were being done. Will highly recommend the service center and Jarrett. More

Oil change and tire rotation All employees encountered were very friendly and courteous...I called to make an appointment and Regal was able to accommodate me on the same day.
