Flat tire Thank you so much I had got a flat tire and got my car towed there. I was unable to leave work but Jessica got me all set up with receiving my car fro Thank you so much I had got a flat tire and got my car towed there. Damaged hood I took my car into the body shop to be repaired on the driver's side. The repairs were do in 9 days which I felt was a little long. I checked the re I took my car into the body shop to be repaired on the driver's side. The repairs were do in 9 days which I felt was a little long. I checked the repairs before I left. When I got home I checked the car again, and found that the passenger side of the hood was damaged. I immediately called, and took it back on friday. They showed me some pictures of the damage in the paint shop, therefore the damage was in the collision shop. It was not like that when it went in for repairs. More

Don’t respect the appointments and customers time My sister in law took the truck for the service she get there at 8:40 and the appointment time was at 9:15 then they send her back home to wait until My sister in law took the truck for the service she get there at 8:40 and the appointment time was at 9:15 then they send her back home to wait until they call her when the truck was ready then when she call costumer service at 4:20 pm they tell her if she can go back on Monday because they doesn’t have time to do the work and it was just a oil change and check the brakes so my brother decided to go get the truck how is possible that they have the truck for 8 hours and they don’t event do the oil change so they tell my brother that they do at the last minute so I don’t know if they do the right oil change next time make sure that you’re workers start working right away on the cars that’s why customers make appointments ....
