OIL change Misael Ortega and Lisa Guthire were so pleasant and friendly. I went in to get an oil change for my Chevy Cruise and Lisa came to find me to tell us Misael Ortega and Lisa Guthire were so pleasant and friendly. I went in to get an oil change for my Chevy Cruise and Lisa came to find me to tell us that there was more that needed to be done with my car.....I was totally not expecting that. I decided to trade my Cruze to a new Chevy Trax. Misael was very helpful and very polite to me. I would highly recommend going to this dealership. More

Engine light check, oil change, tire rotation Had check engine light come on during an out of state trip. Brought car in upon return for that and preventive maintenance. 4 stars I paid for a service plan at purchase of my truck. Regal's policy now is, you pay if you don't inform clerk that you have a service plan. All my prev I paid for a service plan at purchase of my truck. Regal's policy now is, you pay if you don't inform clerk that you have a service plan. All my previous visits this was automatically in the system. Now Regal has taken the service plan you paid for out of the system. More
