Don’t respect the appointments and customers time My sister in law took the truck for the service she get there at 8:40 and the appointment time was at 9:15 then they send her back home to wait until My sister in law took the truck for the service she get there at 8:40 and the appointment time was at 9:15 then they send her back home to wait until they call her when the truck was ready then when she call costumer service at 4:20 pm they tell her if she can go back on Monday because they doesn’t have time to do the work and it was just a oil change and check the brakes so my brother decided to go get the truck how is possible that they have the truck for 8 hours and they don’t event do the oil change so they tell my brother that they do at the last minute so I don’t know if they do the right oil change next time make sure that you’re workers start working right away on the cars that’s why customers make appointments .... Worst experience I went in for an oil change they broke my wheel stud took a week to come in and then a week later I call and get told they wrecked my truck by not tig I went in for an oil change they broke my wheel stud took a week to come in and then a week later I call and get told they wrecked my truck by not tightening the front left studs which then fell off test driving it. Now my trucks been in 2 times since then and it’s been nothing but trouble. Steve and Angelo has been nice but it’s just the service in general More
