The service Dept. messed up my oil change. But, a manager, Steve Chilton, made things right by fixing the problem. He made a trip to me and my truck is now better. Had an 830 and 9am appt for oil changes on the two cars I bought. Arrived at 830 and were sent away with car number two because they didn’t have time to do it until car one was done. 2 hours later when we bought. Arrived at 830 and were sent away with car number two because they didn’t have time to do it until car one was done. 2 hours later when we picked up car one we were told it would be another 2.5 hours for car two. Unacceptable. 4.5 hrs for two scheduled oil changes?! Purchased maintenance plan at sale of vehicle that didnt cover their 10k mile additive. Was told it wouldn’t be more than $60. Was $130 at cashier. They did fix that but only gave excuses on why it was taking so long to do oil changes. Now I have to find somewhere else to take my vehicles. No service group with a 2.5 hr wait for an oil change needs your business. They seem to be doing fine with the customer base that they have. Now I’ve waited 3 days just to find out what that maintenance plan actually covers with no response. More
Great customer service. The only thing I would say is with me being there right at 7am the lobby should not have been dirty. It’s one thing if it’s just one or 2 things but there was trash on the tables with me being there right at 7am the lobby should not have been dirty.
