Smooth and easy I’m from Michigan so I didn’t know where to take my Equinox. Fortunately Regal Chevy came up as being close to me. I called and was quickly transfer I’m from Michigan so I didn’t know where to take my Equinox. Fortunately Regal Chevy came up as being close to me. I called and was quickly transferred to service and set up with an appointment the same afternoon. As soon as I arrived a man took my vehicle while I waited comfortably in the lounge. I got a call when it was ready, a quick bit of paperwork, and my freshly serviced and washed Equinox was ready. All in all a good experience. More

3rd party ins for check writers SUCKS We wrote a check for repair, There 3rd party ins.company won't garrentee it, even after showing ,there is more then enough to cover the check. I have We wrote a check for repair, There 3rd party ins.company won't garrentee it, even after showing ,there is more then enough to cover the check. I have talked to the 3rd party insurance co. And was told Regal can ok it if they want. This was very humiliating, and may force us to seek a different dealership , as much as we don't want to.. We need more then a apoligy. Our credit rating is far above average. More

Come on Regal, really???? I bought my f150 there BUT y'all can do any diagnostic trouble shooting there yet really pushed for a purchased ext. Warranty. Y'all serviced the truc I bought my f150 there BUT y'all can do any diagnostic trouble shooting there yet really pushed for a purchased ext. Warranty. Y'all serviced the truck and I checked the air filter it was filthy and covered in feathers obviously someone hit a bird and filter looks as tho it was the original one from 2015....thought y'all did a preventive inspection. That's just lazy shady work in my opinion. More

Upsetting Service Call The service call is in my name however it is my daughters car. My daughter scheduled the appointment and her and her boyfriend dropped the vehicle off The service call is in my name however it is my daughters car. My daughter scheduled the appointment and her and her boyfriend dropped the vehicle off. An airbag light came on in her vehicle and she made the appointment the next day. Due to some sensor costing $1300 we are unable to fix the vehicle. I am quite upset at the fact no one told me or my daughter that it would be approximately $90 to look at the vehicle. When discussing this with Lisa after the fact, she said the boy that dropped it off sign the box. The boy, being my daughters boyfriend. We purchased the vehicle from your company and I feel it was unprofessional to not disclose the amount for the as I was later informed diagnostic check up. I feel for $90 you could have checked the fluids or oil. . We were customers however we will not be anymore. There is no courtesy treatment for returning customers at your company as I found out the hard way. More
