More than just an oil change I brought my truck in for a routine oil change and a recall. I asked my advisor, Lisa, if she could provide me with a detail printout of upcoming serv I brought my truck in for a routine oil change and a recall. Not what I expected from regal I choose to bring my car to regal because of its reputation for its work and customer service. That was not the case. Also the communication was below average. When you have someone’s care for a week you should have weekly updates and not just text messages that are not even responded to. More
