Guessing at what is needed to correct issues and charging customers for parts not needed. I had a wiring harness replaced for a low fuel pressure and then returned to me only to have it towed back in for a fuel pump and tech broke fuel lines because of lack of right tools. I had a bad alternator put in and then had to bring it back in to replace again. My truck spent the better part of 2 months in this shop and cost me $1100 for the wiring harness that was not needed. The main issues I have noticed is that mechanics choose whose vehicle they want to work on and not take on vehicles that might be big jobs. This dealership side sells diesel trucks but does not have a diesel . mechanic on staff. The used car side complaint I have is that the finance dept is selling warranty plans and telling customers it covers bumper to bumper and it really is a basic mechanical warranty. More
