Would recommend with warning I have had good & bad experiences at Regal. Average customer service in the service center. I've had more bad then good experiences. My hood was dam I have had good & bad experiences at Regal. Average customer service in the service center. I've had more bad then good experiences. My hood was damaged, my paint was chipped when oil chages were completed. I was told a video recording would be reviewed and a manager would be in contact to settle the hood damage. That never happened and the gentleman whom told me these thinns no long works there. Hmmm, was it because he lies to customers or told the truth and managment didnt want customers to know they were at fault. Love the favt that my car gets detailed with every visit. Very cool perk, however not once has the inside crease of the front seats next to the console ever been vacuumed along with the rest of the car. 12 attempts and its never been done. My last visit, the mats were not even moved. Just vacuumed over. The repairs are done with quality work, products & last thought so I go back but Im also aware I need to chexk my vehicle before leaving as well! More

2008 Ford F-250 6.4L diesel Customer service from Brian was good. Returned calls promptly. Auto technicians need better training and supervision. Guessing at what is needed to correct issues and charging customers for parts not needed. I had a wiring harness replaced for a low fuel pressure and then returned to me only to have it towed back in for a fuel pump and tech broke fuel lines because of lack of right tools. I had a bad alternator put in and then had to bring it back in to replace again. My truck spent the better part of 2 months in this shop and cost me $1100 for the wiring harness that was not needed. The main issues I have noticed is that mechanics choose whose vehicle they want to work on and not take on vehicles that might be big jobs. This dealership side sells diesel trucks but does not have a diesel . mechanic on staff. The used car side complaint I have is that the finance dept is selling warranty plans and telling customers it covers bumper to bumper and it really is a basic mechanical warranty. More
