I dread the day I come in there and he's no longer there!! because he's the only one that I've worked with ai the only one that I will work with!! He's been my service guy since I bought the car!! there's just not enough words that you can say good about the guy I mean you have a real gem there and do not let him go because people like him are hard to find I come from a very large corporate background and when you have somebody like Jarred you do not want to let him! cuz he's a real asset to your company!! Recently, I had a severe and unusual breakdown with my Volt. Another dealer would never respond to the several calls I made for help. When I called the service center at Regal, Lisa responded immediately with outstanding empathy and overwhelming positiveness! Though the solution proved to require a few months to resolve, the crew in the service center were constantly positive and reassuring. My latest visit was for routine maintenance. The support, positive friendliness, and help was still top notch! More
